F.A.W. Premier Cup 2006-07
Merthyr Tydfil were not permitted to enter the competition this season, as
the floodlights at their Penydarren Park ground were not certified to be at the
required 250 Lux level. The place in the Cup should then go to Colwyn Bay, but
they suffered the same fate. With Connah's Quay Nomads (playing at Flint Town
United) and Caernarfon Town also not able to meet the standards, the place eventually
went to NEWI Cefn Druids
